For maximum freshness and quality, all of our products are roasted and hand crafted on demand each week. All items ordered by Sunday at 12pm PST, will be shipped Monday, the next day. Due to perishable nature of our ganache, it is shipped chilled, should be refrigerated upon arrival and consumed by best by date. We ship by USPS priority and items should arrive between 1-3 days from ship date.
